剧本创作乃舞台艺术之本

      浙江是传统戏剧大省，数百年来戏曲一直流布在这里的山山水水、村村寨寨。日前，省政府办公厅印发了《关于支持戏曲传承发展的实施意见》(以下简称《意见》)，进一步推进浙江省戏曲传承发展。

Zhejiang is a traditional drama province. For hundreds of years, drama has been spread in the mountains and the villages. Recently, the General Office of the provincial government issued the Opinions on Supporting Opera Heritage Development (hereinafter referred to as the opinion) to further promote opera heritage development in Zhejiang Province.

《意见》提出要加强越剧、婺剧、绍剧等代表性地方戏曲剧种发展规划，提高全省戏曲非物质文化遗产项目整体保护发展水平。在长三角地区形成以浙江为核心的中国越剧文化中心，到2020年，率先建成国家级戏曲传承发展示范区。

The opinions proposed to enhance the development and the planning of Yue Opera, Wu Opera, Shao Opera and other typical local operas, improving the protection of development level of province's intangible cultural heritage of opera. Form the cultural center in Zhejiang Yue Opera, which regards Zhejiang as its core in the Yangtze River Delta area and by 2020, leading to complete establishing national drama heritage development demonstration area.

省文化厅负责人表示，浙江戏曲传承发展工作将贯彻“四个坚持”的基本思路：坚持整体保护、坚持创新发展、坚持分级管理、坚持协同配合，抢救濒危剧种支持浙江戏曲走出去。同时将从财力、人力、设施和制度上加强对戏曲院团发展的保障。

Head of the Provincial Department of Culture said drama development in Zhejiang will implement the "four persistence" as the basic idea: persist in overall protection, persist in innovation development, persist in hierarchical management, persist in coordination, rescuing endangered Zhejiang Opera and supporting Zhejiang operas to go out. Meanwhile, Zhejiang will also strengthen protection for the development of opera troupes from finance, manpower, facilities and system.

此外，“剧本创作乃舞台艺术之本。”浙江省文化厅负责人坦言浙江舞台编剧人才正处在青黄不接的阶段。因此《意见》也提出，要加大对中青年编剧扶持力度，培养本土编剧人才，孵化省内原创剧本。鼓励面向全国征集购买优秀戏曲剧本。（记者：俞舒珺综合报道/吴东东译）

Therefore, the opinions also proposed to increase the support towards young writers, training local writing talents, hatching original screenplay in the province and encouraging buying excellent drama scripts nationwide.
